Coaching
I am a business coach, so I help individuals facing work and/or career challenges. This coaching is typically delivered in a 60-90 minute session, in blocks of 4-8 sessions. Some examples of the typical goals requested by my clients are:
Wishing or needing to change career
Wanting to return to the workplace after a career break
How to face and deal with redundancy
Managing a new project or workload
I am available for individual Coaching and for Coaching supervision. I do this by being friendly, warm, encouraging, motivating and pushing back when needed. Having an external ear is invaluable to explore your work and career and I know that I personally benefit from having someone outside my immediate working circle to help me make sense of my professional thoughts and challenges.
As a self-employed professional, I understand the challenges’ and joys of trying to develop business, maintain delivery and having any time for formal personal reflection and development. I try to support my clients in all aspects of their professional life; but we do not ignore life outside this arena, as how we work and live, are no longer compartmentalised.
I have received Coaching Training on the ‘Business Coach Programme’ by Meyler Campbell (now the ‘Mastered’ programme), which is accredited by the Association for Coaching. I am also a member of the British Psychological Society’s Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
I am available for face-to-face, telephone or virtual coaching and supervision; both as a one-off or as part of a package. An initial free ‘chemistry’ consultation is available, so do please contact me if you would like to discuss your requirements.
